This R&B trio emerged from Minneapolis, MN with the production company, CUE RECORDING owned and operated by: CEO B-Rich. Producers: Chris Starr and Jeff Cohen.
The company merged with the multi-platinum producer Lance "LA" Alexander and formed:
BABYHONEY RECORDS.
The company moved to Atlanta, GA in 1998.

Chapter II

Lance "LA" Alexander:
Co-Produced major hits with Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis of FLYTE TYME RECORDS.
"Scream" with Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson
"On Bending Knee" with Boyz 2 Men
He discovered the R&B trio NEXT and produced six songs on their debut album "RATED NEXT" which went PLATINUM and won twenty-four BILLBOARD AWARDS.
Lance Alexander then set his sites on the R&B trio V.I.P. tha BadBoyz of R&B.
He put together V.I.P. with "RL" from "NEXT" to co-write
7 songs for the V.I.P. debut album:

"ALL ACCESS"
with the hit single
" Lil Momma" Featuring " Juvenile" (Cash Money Records)
The album was mixed and mastered
by engineer: " PRINCE CHARLES ALEXANDER" who has delivered major hits for artists including: Mary J. Blige, P. Diddy and Faith Evens to name a few.
Also brought on to the project was Chris Blood (LYTTZ OUTT PRODUCTIONZ) producer/engineer from Minneapolis, MN.
"ALL ACCESS" was mixed and recorded at one of the hottest recording studios in Atlanta "STANKONIA" owned by: "OUTKAST"

For over a year, with their wrapped vehicles and a 10-car entourage V.I.P. toured the country to promote the "ALL ACCESS" album.

CHAPTER IV 2008

NAWTY GURL WEAR
Clothing line

Nawty Gurl Wear (NGW) was created and designed by : "V.I.P."
A hot new urban look for the ladies.
Sexy and sensual feeling for the athletic, late night and leisure women of all shapes, sizes and nationalities that make up the fans of V.I.P. BadBoyz.

"V.I.P. BadBoyz" from the beginning has been inspired by music, women and fashion.
With the album "Ladies Edition" it became evident that the fans were more than a little interested in the V.I.P. look, including the ladies that were on stage with the boyz and their attire.
After every show, the BOYZ were asked where the fans could buy the clothing that the ladies on stage were wearing.
At that point, it only made sense for them to incorporate a clothing line.

Starting off as simple sexy outfits for the V.I.P. promo girls, V.I.P. had some photos taken with the promo gurls wearing NAWTY GURL WEAR and they wrote and recorded a jingle as well as a short commercial for the line. All of this was posted at www.myspace.com/nawtygurlwear_vipbadboyz
And through word of mouth alone, the orders started coming in. That is when they knew that they were really on to something and had to move forward.
NAWTY GURL WEAR became official in 2008.

2009 - You will see Nawty Gurl Wear on the runway in fashion shows, in music videos and used as promotional items for the V.I.P. Official NAWTY GURL Street Team.
